Delete your Ringzy account
You can ask us to delete your Ringzy account and the data linked to it at any time, with or without the app.
How to request deletion
By email: send a message to support@ringzy.ai from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Ringzy account”. We reply to confirm before anything is deleted.
In the Ringzy app: open Settings, then Plan & account, then Delete account. This starts the same email request.
What gets deleted
Your account, your business profile and settings, and the call data Ringzy holds for your business: call logs, recordings, transcripts and summaries. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to keep it for legal or regulatory compliance, such as billing records.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings so you aren’t charged again.
