ValidPixel LLC ("Ringzy," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our AI-powered phone answering service at ringzy.ai (the "Service").

By using Ringzy, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and password (stored as a secure hash). We may also collect billing address information required to process payments.

Call Data: Our Service records and transcribes phone calls handled by the Ringzy AI. This includes caller phone numbers, call duration, conversation transcripts, appointment details, and AI-generated call summaries.

Billing Information: Payment details (credit/debit card numbers, billing address) are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Ringzy does not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data: We automatically collect log data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Ringzy Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send call summaries, transcripts, and notifications via email or SMS
• Respond to customer support inquiries
• Improve and personalize the AI experience
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

Ringzy integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing data use:

• Twilio — Phone number provisioning and call routing
• OpenAI — AI language model powering call conversations and transcription
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Google Calendar — Optional calendar integration for appointment booking
• Postmark — Transactional email delivery (call summaries, notifications)
• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained for 90 days by default. You may request earlier deletion from your account dashboard.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory compliance.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, and access controls to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Ringzy Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@ringzy.ai.
