How to Forward Calls on T-Mobile
On T-Mobile, dial **21*, the 10-digit number, and # to forward every call, and ##21# to turn it off. To forward only the calls you miss, use **004* instead. T-Mobile can forward to any 10- or 11-digit U.S. number.

Step by Step

Open the Phone app on your T-Mobile phone.

Dial **004* followed by the 10-digit number you want calls sent to, then #. For example: **004*5551234567#

Tap Call and wait for the confirmation message.

Test it: call your number from a different phone and let it ring out, or decline the call. It should reach your forwarding number.
Good to Know
- T-Mobile can't forward calls to international numbers, only to 10- or 11-digit U.S. numbers.
- Set up forwarding while you have a cellular signal. Forwarding changes may not go through over Wi-Fi Calling.
- On iPhone you can also turn on forward-all in Settings: Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding. The conditional codes have to be dialed.
